FAQ - Ordering

Shopping at Isador's Organics is easy and super-fun! We have made our name as a produce business, and here you can select certified organic or locally grown produce, but also there are many other categories ranging from delicatessen, to bath and body, to Eco-friendly household cleaners. Anyone within our delivery area can shop at will. Any member can 'Add-On' to an existing delivery, and 'Custom Box' members can use the website to design a box specific to their needs. Please see our General Ordering Guidelines to help us ensure maximum product availability.

Product Page

Here is a Screenshot of a product page. It resembles one of hundreds of product pages on our website. The product page includes a click-to enlarge product image, a description, price-per-unit, unit cost, a quantity window and an add to cart button. There is also an area below for you to read and write comments about the product, which may be helpful for you and others in making a decision on your purchase.
 

When you click Add to cart, it will appear in a shopping cart at the bottom of the page. You can always remove the item later. You can continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout.

Shipping Method

Here you will select delivery, or pick up. If you are able to pick up in the store, at 250 Main Street (Rear Lot) Oxford, MA, we currently offer a fuel discount back to you, which is currently 7% off of your total purchase. If you choose the 'Pick Up in The Store & Save' option, your order will be ready on your assigned 'delivery day'. Be sure to check the the option that applies.

Payment Method

There are options on how you would like your order to be charged.

Add-On Delivery Members of the 'Basic Box' and the 'Custom Box' are welcome to the 'Add-On Delivery' option. Use this option if you would like your submitted order to be included with your delivery IN ADDITION to your regularly scheduled delivery of produce. Roving members should select this option. 

Customize and Take-Up Delivery - This option is reserved for 'Custom Box' members only. It is for you, when you elect to forgo your general preferences and hand pick the way your box is composed. When you select this option, your produce picker will be alerted to make up your fresh box according to your instructions.

Special note to 'Custom Box' members:
*You must build the fresh box to the spending level, currently $42.00.
**Any amount exceeding the spending level will be charged in addition to, and regarded as 'Add-On' to your Isador's account.

Finally, you can review the items in your cart. You can remove or adjust them as you wish and, when you have come upon an agreement, you can complete your order by clicking on the 'Commit this order' button.

If you are happy with the selections in your cart, press the 'Commit this order' button, to submit your order.
